Frankie specializes in 2 styles of tattooing:
Fine Line and MonoChromatic Black & Grey Realism
Listed below you’ll find the definitions of each and the vibes they give off!
MonoChromatic Black & Grey Realism
Style Focus: Hyper-realistic, dimensional, and dramatic artwork—entirely in black and grey tones.
Needle Use: Uses a combination of large and small needle groupings for soft shading, gradients, and smooth blends.
Design Characteristics: Highly detailed, often lifelike portraits, animals, religious imagery, or landscapes
Emphasis on shadows, depth, and contrast
No use of color—only black ink diluted to various grey tones
Aesthetic: Bold, impactful, and visually rich—ideal for larger, statement tattoos that resemble black-and-white photography
Fine Line
Style Focus: Minimalism, elegance, and precision.
Needle Use: Uses single needle or very small groupings (like 3RL or smaller) for ultra-thin, delicate lines.
Design Characteristics: Clean, subtle lines
Often used for minimal tattoos, florals, script, micro portraits, or geometric shapes
May have little to no shading
Aesthetic: Light, airy, understated—ideal for subtle body art with intricate detail.
